Delete SurvUp data

SurvUp provides an in-extension control for removing local survey history and synced contribution records.

Delete from the extension

  1. Open the SurvUp dashboard.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete SurvUp data.
  4. Select Delete and confirm.

What is deleted

The control erases this device's local SurvUp survey history. When you are signed in, it also requests deletion of your synced survey attempts, availability snapshots, and extension-install records.

What is not deleted

The control does not delete information controlled by third-party survey platforms or Google. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify or relate to your account may not be reversible. Your authentication account may require a separate support request.

Stop future contributions

Turn off Community data contribution in Settings. This stops new contribution records and clears queued uploads while keeping local tracking available.

Delete the authentication account

The in-extension control removes synced survey data but may not remove the Google-linked authentication record itself. To request complete account deletion, use the support contact below.
