Quick troubleshooting
- Open Chrome's Extensions page and confirm SurvUp is enabled.
- Reload SurvUp after installing an update.
- Refresh the survey platform page.
- Confirm the platform is currently supported.
- For account features, sign out and sign in again.
What to include in a report
Tell us the survey platform, approximate time, whether the attempt completed or screened out, and what SurvUp displayed. Please do not send survey answers, passwords, full browser-history exports, or sensitive personal information.
Billing
Pro subscribers can change plans, update payment details, view invoices, or cancel at the end of the paid period by selecting Manage billing in the extension.
