Quick troubleshooting
- Open Chrome's Extensions page and confirm SurvUp is enabled.
- Reload SurvUp after installing an update.
- Refresh the survey platform page.
- Confirm the platform is currently supported.
- For account features, sign out and sign in again.
What to include in a report
Tell us the survey platform, approximate time, whether the attempt completed or screened out, and what SurvUp displayed. Please do not send survey answers, passwords, full browser-history exports, or sensitive personal information.
