1. Using SurvUp
You may use SurvUp only lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your accounts and for following the terms of each survey platform you use.
2. Independent service
SurvUp is an independent analytics and productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the survey platforms, survey providers, or offers displayed on third-party sites.
3. Estimates and statistics
Rewards, completion rates, hourly rates, availability, duration estimates, rankings, and community statistics are informational estimates. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and do not guarantee eligibility, payment, survey completion, or future earnings.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity associated with your account. Do not attempt to access another user's information or interfere with the service.
5. Free and future paid features
SurvUp currently offers free functionality. Pro features may be previewed or marked as coming soon and are not available for purchase until SurvUp expressly launches paid subscriptions. Any future purchase terms, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be shown before purchase.
6. Referral links
SurvUp may earn a referral reward when a user joins a third-party platform through certain links. Referral relationships do not determine platform rankings or community statistics. Third-party offers and eligibility are controlled by the applicable platform.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse SurvUp, bypass access controls, extract data at unreasonable scale, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use it to violate third-party rights or platform rules.
8. Changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Survey websites may change without notice, which can temporarily affect detection or tracking.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SurvUp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SurvUp and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of SurvUp or third-party survey services.
11. Termination
You may stop using SurvUp at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service.
